Home Game Night FAQ
How many people can play in a home game night?
It depends on the size of your space and the length of the show. Most home game nights work best for 10–50 guests. For larger groups, we can use team formats, rotating contestants, and audience play-along options.
What do we need to provide?
If you have a large TV or display, we can connect to it, which may help reduce costs. If not, we can provide a TV for game display. We also need adequate power (standard outlets), a space for the DJ/tech table, and about 8–10 feet of open space for buzzer podiums and contestants.
Are prizes included?
We bring small trophies, medals, and fun giveaways. We also encourage clients to provide additional prizes (such as gift cards or themed items) for each round to increase excitement and participation.
How long does a home game show last?
Most home game nights run 60–90 minutes, but we can tailor the length based on your schedule, number of guests, and the number of rounds you want to play.
What types of games are included?
Our home game night is inspired by classic TV game shows and can include trivia rounds, survey-style questions, buzzer face-offs, music categories, and team-based competitions. We customize the mix to match your group and event goals.
Is this suitable for kids, teens, and adults?
Yes. We can tailor the content for kids, teens, adults, or mixed-age groups. Home game nights are popular for birthdays, family celebrations, graduations, and adult get-togethers.
Do you offer home game nights in Los Angeles and Orange County?
Yes. We provide home game night entertainment throughout Los Angeles County and Orange County, including private homes, community rooms, and rented event spaces.
How much space do we need for a home game night setup?
A living room, garage, backyard, or large common area usually works well. We typically need space for a game screen, a DJ/tech table, and an open area for contestants and buzzer podiums.
Can you host the game night outdoors?
Yes, weather permitting. Outdoor game nights work well with access to power and a relatively flat surface. Screen visibility is best in shade, at dusk, or after sunset.
How far in advance should we book a home game night in LA or Orange County?
We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance for Los Angeles and Orange County dates. Popular weekends and holiday periods often book earlier.
Do you provide sound, microphones, and the buzzer system?
Yes. We provide the core game show equipment needed to run the experience, including the buzzer system and hosting audio. Exact equipment varies by package and venue needs.
Is this different from hiring a DJ?
Yes. This is a hosted interactive game show experience. A professional host runs the games, guides contestants, manages scoring, and keeps the event moving at a TV-show pace.
